T-Flex, Nitinol Wire from KT Medical
Nitinol wire, an alloy of nickel and titanium, possesses unique properties such as shape memory, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility, making it highly valuable in medical applications. In the medical industry, it is used in minimally invasive surgery and for creating flexible endoscopic devices.

T-FLEXTM, our super elastic nitinol wire, is the result of cutting-edge wire processing technologies developed by KT Medical. We carefully source raw materials from qualified smelters to guarantee that the finished wire meets the stringent medical standard ASTM F2063.
Every step of the process, from wire drawing, annealing, oxidizing/ deoxidizing to thermal-mechanical treatment, is meticulously overseen to ensure that the wire possesses the precise properties and tight tolerances required for medical devices.
