Braiding Wires a.k.a Coiling wires. Flat and ultra fine.
Braiding wires are commonly used to make non-metal tubes stronger and more durable. They also help the tubes resist wear in tough environments. In the medical industry, braided tubes are used to improve the performance of endoscopes, catheters, and other medical tubes by enhancing torque response, kink resistance, steering, and pushability. We provide both round wires and flat wires for braiding.
The wire’s thickness, width/thickness ratio, and tensile strength can be customized per customers’ requests.
